Beasiswa ini diberikan kepada siswa yang memperoleh nilai akademis peringkat I paralel di Kompetensi Keahliannya (terbaik di jurusannya) pada setiap tingkatnya pada Semester Gasal Tahun Pelajaran 2018\/2019.
